Job Responsibilities

Work with students in Special Needs School. Your task is to support and stimulate individual students during their school day. You should provide support and stimulation based on the students' specific conditions, abilities, and needs, as well as promote development and independence. You collaborate with other staff regarding the students. You are clear in your assistant role and have the ability to provide support and compensation for the students' disabilities. The job includes, for example, accompanying students to swimming and sports.

Work during morning/afternoon and on holidays is included in the position.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable person who can be flexible in their thinking and always keep the student in focus. Knowledge of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum, epilepsy, and low-arousal responses is advantageous. Experience and knowledge in IN-Print, AAC, TSS, and IT support are also desirable.

The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made and may be extended if needed.
